it's another way of saying, "can you hear me" (聞こえる) in Japanese.
I guess it's a way of telling the world what I think.

27 dresses..
I feel like Jane from 27 dresses. Difference is, she has a guy she can talk to. But miserable old me doesn't know how to talk to guys and I don't have any best friends. as it was said in the quiz. I have got to find best friends!
